By engaging the services of NumbersNest Accounting Limited, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism and a clear understanding of service delivery expectations.
1) Scope of Services: Services provided will be based on the agreed service package or written engagement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope — including prior-year clean-ups, IRD reviews, advisory matters, or one-off projects — will be quoted and approved before commencement.
2) Pricing & Fee Structure: Our pricing is based on fixed monthly packages to provide clarity and predictability. Fees may be adjusted to reflect transaction volume, business size, complexity, or significant changes in workload. Any pricing adjustment will be communicated and agreed in advance.
3) Additional Charges: Where additional work is required beyond the package scope, a separate fee may apply. No extra charges will be incurred without prior communication and approval.
4) Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete financial information within reasonable timeframes. Delays in receiving information may impact filing dates, processing times, and service delivery.
5) Filing & Deadlines: NumbersNest Accounting Ltd maintains a strong accuracy and filing standard; however, timely completion of IRD submissions and compliance obligations relies on receiving information from the client on time. We are not liable for penalties where information is provided late or incomplete.
6) Confidentiality & Data Security: All client information will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing accounting and tax services. Data is securely stored and handled in accordance with professional ethical standards.
7) Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid, and any work completed but not yet billed will be invoiced accordingly. Records will be released once the account has been settled.
8) Professional Standards: NumbersNest Accounting Ltd operates in accordance with New Zealand tax and accounting regulations. All services are delivered with integrity, accuracy and professional care.
